Can I post more than 1 gig?
Yes. By default, Ztag allows 1 gig. But if you want to post another gig, you can simply buy a new Ztag plan on the same day and post again.
How long is the Ztag plan valid?
Each Ztag is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, your plan ends automatically.
What happens to my gig after the plan ends?
Your gig will remain listed on the marketplace permanently, even after your Ztag expires. You only need an active Ztag if you want to create new gigs or apply for client tasks.
What are the credits and how do I use them?
Every Ztag includes 10 credits. You can use these credits to apply for projects/tasks posted by clients. 1 credit = 1 proposal submission.
Is Ztag only for freelancers?
No. Ztag is for both freelancers and clients. Freelancers can post gigs and apply for tasks, while clients can post projects and find skilled professionals.
What payment methods are supported for Ztag?
Ztag supports all Indian payment methods, including 50+ UPI apps, credit/debit cards, and netbanking.
What if I face a problem after buying Ztag?
