Hassle-Free Refunds Powered by Trust

📜 Znole Refund Policy

Znole is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and secure platform for both Clients (Buyers) and Freelancers (Service Providers). This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be issued, as well as the limitations and processes applicable.

1. General Rules

  1. All refunds are first credited to the Znole Wallet of the Client.

  2. Refunds to the original payment method (Bank/UPI/PayPal/Card) are possible only if:

  • The Freelancer has not responded within 24 hours of order placement; and
  • 0% of work has started.
  • Processing time for such refunds is 7–10 business days.

3. Once the Freelancer has started even 1% of work, refunds will not be processed to the original payment method.

2. Instant 100% Refund Eligibility

Refunds of 100% are granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Cancellation within 1 Hour (No Work Started)

  • If the Client cancels an order within 1 hour of placement and no work has started, a full refund will be granted.
  • If work has started within this period (even 10%), refund eligibility is forfeited.

2. No Response from Freelancer (24 Hours)

  • If a Freelancer fails to respond within 24 hours of order placement, the Client is entitled to a full refund.

3. Refunds Based on Work Progress

Refunds vary depending on the percentage of work completed:

  • 0% Work Completed → Full refund.
  • 1–10% Work Started → No refund.
  • 50% Work Completed
  1. Refund may be considered only in specific low-risk categories (Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Writing & Translation, Video & Animation, Music & Audio).
  2. The Znole Drop Department will review all proofs (files, chats, and deliverables) before issuing a 50% refund.
  • 80% or More Work Completed → Refunds are not permitted (except in mutual cancellation cases).

4. Category-Based Resolution (Znole Drop System)

  1. If disputes arise, the Znole Drop Department may intervene.

  2. The department may contact Freelancers via video call, voice call, or online meeting for proof of work.

  3. If a Freelancer provides false claims about work progress:

  • The Freelancer’s account may be suspended.
  • The Client will receive a full refund.

5. Late Delivery Rules

  1. If delivery is not completed by the agreed deadline, Znole allows the Freelancer an additional 24 hours to complete the work.

  2. A 20% fine will be imposed on the Freelancer (20% of order value) and credited to the Client.

  3. If the delivery is delayed by more than 24 hours and 1 minute, the Client will receive a full refund.

6. No-Refund Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  1. If the Client cancels due to change of mind without valid reason.

  2. If the Client has already used deliverables and then requests a refund.

  3. If the Client deliberately delays responses during revisions and blames the Freelancer for delays.

  4. If either party fails to remain active in the ZFTOX Chat System, disputes will be reviewed by Znole Drop Department, and refunds may be denied.

7. Fraud & Misuse

  1. If a Freelancer submits fraudulent, plagiarized, or irrelevant work, the Client is entitled to a full refund, and the Freelancer’s account may be permanently suspended.

  2. If a Client repeatedly files false refund requests, their account may be suspended.

  3. Any external chargeback (through bank, card provider, or PayPal) is a strict violation and will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Mutual Cancellations

  • If both Client and Freelancer agree to cancel the order, a full refund will be issued to the Client’s Znole Wallet.

9. Refund Process (Step by Step)

  1. The Client must select “Request Refund” on the Order Page.

  2. The Refund Request will be sent to the Freelancer.

  • If the Freelancer accepts, the refund is processed immediately.
  • If the Freelancer rejects, the case is escalated to the Znole Drop Department.

3. Znole Drop Department will review all evidence (chat history, submitted files, deadlines).

4. The final decision of Znole will be binding on both parties.

10. Legal Protection

  • This policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting Znole from fraudulent claims.
  • Znole reserves the right to modify, suspend, or deny refunds if misuse or manipulation of the system is detected.
