Znole Content Policy | Privacy & IP Protection

Znole Content Privacy and Usage Policy

This policy outlines the rules and guidelines regarding the creation, use, and security of all content on the Znole Freelancer Marketplace. This includes content posted by both freelancers and clients, and any user who violates this policy will face strict action.

Part 1: Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

This section establishes the rights and responsibilities of content creators on your platform.

  • Content Ownership: Any content, including but not limited to gigs, portfolios, documents, and communications, uploaded by a user remains the intellectual property of that user. Znole does not claim ownership of your content.
  • Copyright and Re-use: To protect intellectual property, Znole strictly prohibits the unauthorized copying, reproduction, or reuse of any gig details, descriptions, or images from other users on the platform. The Znole Secure Department and Gig Verification Team actively monitor for such violations.
  • Zero Tolerance for Copyright Infringement: Freelancers are strictly prohibited from using copyrighted images, brand logos, or content belonging to famous individuals or companies in their gigs or profiles. Any gig found to be in violation of copyright will be immediately rejected and may lead to further action.
  • Legal Action Against Misuse: The parent company, Znole Technology, reserves the right to take legal action against any external user or company that uses a Znole freelancer’s data, gig details, or portfolio on any other platform without permission.

Part 2: Prohibited Content and Fraudulent Activities

This section clearly defines what kind of content and behavior is not allowed on your platform.

Fraudulent Postings: Znole has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activities from both freelancers and clients.

  • For Clients: Posting fake job offers, investment schemes, or any misleading projects (e.g., promises of high returns, requests for personal information outside the platform, pyramid schemes) is strictly prohibited.
  • For Freelancers: Posting gigs that are fraudulent, sexually explicit, illegal, or violate any law is not allowed. Examples of prohibited gigs include:
      • Gigs offering fake reviews or testimonials.

      • Gigs promoting illegal services or products.

      • Gigs with sexually explicit or inappropriate content.

  • Verification and Action: The Gig Verification Department reviews all content before it goes live. Any fraudulent or prohibited content will result in immediate rejection and potential account suspension or termination without prior notice.

Part 3: Content Moderation and Security

This section describes how you protect and monitor content on your platform.

  • Gig Verification Process: All new gigs must pass a verification process by the Gig Verification Department before they are made public on the marketplace. This ensures that all services offered are legitimate and adhere to our policies.
  • Account and Balance Holds: If the Znole Secure Department or Gig Verification Team finds a freelancer guilty of copying content, posting fraud, or any other violation, their account and any pending balance will be immediately put on hold.
  • Permanent Ban: Any user (freelancer or client) found to be engaged in fraudulent activity will have their account permanently banned. They will be prohibited from registering again with the same identity documents (Aadhaar Card or other KYC documents).
  • Content Misuse Reporting: If a freelancer finds their data being misused by a third party, they can report it to Znole’s support team. Znole will provide full assistance to the freelancer and will take strict action, including an account ban or suspension, against the user found responsible for the misuse.

Part 4: General Terms and Conditions

This section covers other important rules related to the platform’s content.

  • Copyright on Znole Assets: All images, logos, and documents belonging to the Znole Freelancer Marketplace and Znole Technology are copyrighted. Their use on any other platform or by any other company is strictly prohibited.
  • Data Security: While Znole takes all possible measures to secure user data, it is the user’s responsibility to protect their account information and report any suspicious activity immediately.
