  • Registration Requirements: Users must provide a valid email address and phone number during registration.
  • Identity Verification: Submission of an Aadhaar Card and PAN Card is optional but strongly recommended for account approval and verification. Bank account details must match the name on the profile and ID for secure payment processing.

Real Identity & Information Requirement

  • Users must register using accurate information, including full name, email, phone number, location, and (if applicable) company details.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in account suspension or permanent termination.
  • Freelancers must possess genuine skills for the services they offer and be capable of performing the work advertised.
  • Portfolios are optional, but beginners are encouraged to start with competitive pricing to build credibility.

One User = One Account Rule

  • Each User is permitted only one account.
  • Creating multiple, fake, or duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts.
  • Once an account is banned, the same Aadhaar Card or identity cannot be used to register again.

Verified Freelancer Policy (KYC Required)

  • Freelancers must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including Aadhaar submission and matching profile details, to activate payment and job functionalities.
  • Without KYC, freelancing activities and payouts will be restricted.

Misuse & Fraud Prevention

  • Fake job postings, scam hiring, or frivolous activity will lead to a permanent ban.
  • Misusing the system to steal work, money, or effort is prohibited. Znole’s Drop and Pay systems include advanced security to prevent unauthorized access, fake trials, or free work.
  • Freelancers cannot claim payment for unapproved work or trial samples.

  • Sharing personal information or private links (e.g., WhatsApp, email) through chat is prohibited.
  • Forcing a Client to communicate outside the Platform or engaging in inappropriate behavior is a bannable offense.

3. Project, Bidding, Gig & Hiring System

Znole is committed to providing a secure and fair marketplace for project postings, service offerings, and work delivery. The following rules govern how Clients and Freelancers interact within the Platform’s project, bidding, and gig systems.

Project Posting Rules (Clients)

  • Clients must post genuine projects requiring legitimate freelance work.
  • Project details, including title, description, budget, and timeline, must be clear and accurate.
  • Fake, frivolous, or scam postings are prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
  • Clients should only select the “Hire” button when ready to proceed with a Freelancer.

Bidding Rules (Freelancers)

  • Freelancers may bid only on projects matching their skills.
  • Proposals must include accurate pricing, estimated delivery time, and a personalized message.
  • Spam or repeated bidding on unrelated projects is prohibited and may lead to profile restrictions.
  • Submitting multiple bids on the same project is not allowed.

Hiring & Agreement System

  • Upon selecting a Freelancer, an official job agreement is created between the Client and Freelancer.
  • Clients must deposit milestone payments through Znole Pay before work begins.
  • Work starts only after the agreement is accepted and payment is securely held.

Gig Posting System (Freelancers)

  • Freelancers may offer predefined services (“gigs”), e.g., “I will design a logo in 1 day for ₹999.”
  • Gigs must include accurate titles, clear descriptions, delivery timelines, and pricing.
  • Work offered in gigs must be performed directly by the posting Freelancer.
  • Misuse, such as fake delivery, low-quality work, or outsourcing, will result in gig removal or account suspension.

Direct Order via Gig (Clients)

  • Clients may purchase gigs directly without posting a project or inviting bids.
  • Upon purchase, an automatic agreement is generated, and payment is held by Znole Pay.
  • Clients must provide required information and inputs promptly to avoid delays.

Znole Drop: Delivery & Dispute System

  • All work deliveries are managed through Znole Drop, a secure system ensuring fairness.
  • If a Client fails to approve completed work, Znole Drop may auto-release payment after the protection period.
  • In disputes, Znole Drop will review message history, files, and evidence, initiating a Drop Entry for investigation.
  • Trial work misuse or unauthorized payments are prohibited.

Work Misuse & Fraud Prevention

  • Misuse of trial tasks, fake jobs, or unpaid work delivery is banned.
  • Znole’s advanced security detects and blocks unauthorized access, fraud, or duplicate activity.
  • Freelancers cannot demand payment without delivery, and Clients cannot cancel projects after using delivered work.

Communication Guidelines

  • All communication must occur within the Platform (chat, attachments, updates).
  • Sharing personal contact details (e.g., email, WhatsApp, phone) is strictly prohibited.
  • Attempting to move projects outside the Platform may result in a permanent ban.

Support via Znole Drop

  • Znole Drop provides premium support for active Clients and Freelancers.
  • Users may request a Drop Entry or contact support via in-platform forms or phone for issues with delivery, payment, or agreements.
  • The support team may contact either party to resolve issues.

Dispute Handling & Final Decision

  • In disputes, payments may be held until the investigation is complete.
  • Znole Drop and the support team will make final decisions based on proofs, chat history, and submitted files.

Reminder: Violations of these rules may lead to account restrictions, suspension, or permanent bans, resulting in loss of access to gigs, earnings, or active projects.

4. Payment System, Membership & Refund Policy

Znole ensures a secure and transparent payment system with limited-time free access to most features. This section outlines payment processes, membership details, and refund policies.

Current Free Access Policy

  • For the first 16 months, most Platform features are free, except for optional membership activation required for posting gigs or projects.
  • Account registration and KYC verification (Aadhaar, PAN) are free.
  • Tools like chat, Znole Drop tracking, profiles, and bidding are accessible without charge.
  • No commission is charged on transactions during this period.

Refund Policy Overview

Znole supports a fair refund system managed through Znole Drop and Znole Pay:

  • Refunds Before Work Starts: If a Client cancels within 1 hour of order placement and no work has begun, a full refund is issued instantly to the Znole Wallet.
  • Refunds After 1 Hour: Cancellations after 1 hour trigger a Drop Entry review. If no work has started or the Freelancer agrees, a full refund is issued. If disputed, Znole Drop decides based on evidence.

Fraud & Misuse Protection in Refunds

  • Refunds are denied if Clients misuse the system (e.g., receiving work and then requesting a refund).
  • If Freelancers commit fraud or deliver fake/low-quality work, Clients receive a full refund, and the Freelancer’s account may be suspended or banned.
  • Refund decisions are final based on Znole Drop’s investigation.

Freelancer No Response Policy

  • If a Freelancer fails to respond to an order within 24 hours, the Client is eligible for a full refund without Freelancer approval.
  • This applies to both gigs and project hires.

Refund Wallet Handling

  • Refunds are credited to the User’s Znole Wallet for reuse or withdrawal to a bank account (processed within 2–4 working days).

  • Future updates to refund policies will be announced officially via email or in-app notifications.
  • The Platform remains commission-free for the first 16 months. Any future commission changes will be communicated transparently.

5. Project & Gig Delivery, Rating, and Auto-Completion Rules

To ensure fair delivery and timely payments, Znole enforces a structured workflow for all services, including custom projects and gigs.

Work Delivery Requirements

  • Freelancers must deliver work via the Platform’s “Deliver Now” button in the project/order dashboard.
  • Deliveries must include all agreed-upon files, designs, or services as per the project/gig agreement.
  • A brief explanation of the delivery (e.g., what was completed, how to use it) is required.
  • Deliveries must meet the agreed timeline, quality, and scope.

Client Review & Approval Process

  • Approve Delivery: Marks the project/order as complete, releasing payment via Znole Pay.
  • Request Revisions: Clients may request changes if work is incomplete or not as agreed.
  • Inactivity: If no response is received within the review period (3–5 days), the order may auto-complete.

Auto-Completion & Auto-Release of Payment

  • If a Client does not respond within the review period, the system will:
    • Mark the order/project as “Completed.”
    • Release payment to the Freelancer via Znole Pay.
  • This protects Freelancers from delays after timely delivery.

Rating & Review System

  • Upon completion (manual or automatic), both parties may submit a 1-to-5-star rating, written feedback, and optional public comments.
  • Reviews are publicly visible, impacting User credibility and ranking.
  • Reviews cannot be edited or removed unless found to be abusive, fake, or in violation of Platform policies.
  • Znole reserves the right to hide or remove misleading or inappropriate reviews.

Disputes During Delivery (Znole Drop)

  • Disputes over quality, scope, or delivery are handled via Znole Drop, which reviews communication history, files, and evidence.
  • The team may contact both parties and make a final decision on refunds, revisions, or payment release.

Late or No Delivery Rules

  • If a Freelancer fails to deliver by the deadline or respond within 24 hours, Clients may:
    • Cancel the order/project.
    • Request a full refund.
    • Initiate a Znole Drop investigation.
  • Repeated delays or ignored orders may result in account penalties or suspension.
